A traditional Dutch cheese, creamy and golden and melts in your mouth. BioGro Organic Certified, this cheese is matured for at lease 4 to 6 months before we cut it to allow it to develop a good tangy flavour. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet.
PRODUCT USE:
Use on cheeseboards and cooking as it will melt well and can be used in any dish to give a smooth creamy texture and great flavour. Can be used for a cheese fondue.
