Made in the traditional French style, this cheese will ripen and become soft and runny if left to mature longer. A popular cheese with a soft creamy texture that is BioGro Organic Certified. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet.

An essential on any Cheeseboard. Serve it at room temperature for the best flavour and texture. Or bake it in the oven and serve with crispy bread.
