Naturally thick and creamy. Made with no artificial additives, no chemicals or sprays, no antibiotics or growth hormones and no added thickeners or preservatives. Unhomogenised, gluten free and paleo friendly.
PRODUCT USE:
Use anywhere you would normally use sour cream. Because our sour cream is not that sour it can be used instead of Mascarpone or even cream. I have used it in scones made with Lemonade, cream and SR Flour and it worked just fine.
