Made to a traditional Dutch recipe, using organic milk, this cheese is matured for at lease 4 to 6 months before we cut it to allow it to develop a good tangy flavour. The Cumin Seeds add a mild flavour so as not to overpower the cheese but will be appreciated by those that love Cumin. BioGro Organic certified this is our top selling cheese and won the NZ Cheese Awards Champion of Champions award in 2018. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet.
PRODUCT USE:
A must have on cheeseboards and melts well into a cheese sauce. Try in a Cob loaf recipe as the Cumin gives it that extra bit of taste.
